Team WOD(teams of 2):
2 rounds for time:
100 Wall ball Shots (M-20/W-14)
(the team cannot drop the ball at anytime, you must hand the ball over to your partner or you start from the beginning.)
100 Slam Balls
100 Lunges with plate (M-45/W-25)
(Do not let the plate hit the floor)
50 Pull-ups
Crossfit Peelay
Team WOD
4 rounds
200 meter sprint & Burpee
Each team member will do each exercise twice. While one team member is doing the sprint, other team member is doing burpees.
