5 rounds of:
5 split snatches 95/65
7 weighted pull ups 35/25
100m sprint
(chosen by Vijai Raj, Vikash and Vijai Pal)
or
5 rounds of
5 DB deadlift
5 DB hang power clean
5 DB front squats
5 DB push jerks
Increase the weight each round.
