WOD 3/11/09:
Celebrating a great festival of India - Holi:
- throw colored water and powdered paint on other CrossFit participants;
- run around the ashram trying to catch people to throw paint on;
- pick up other participants and throw into pool/mud/whatever wet-like substance is closest;
Do as many rounds as can be completed in about 2 hours. Make sure to follow up with stretching and a long nap.
